As head of a leading full-service mechanical contracting firm, Frank directs his team of expert technicians and dedicated professionals in providing the high-performance systems and services customers need in today's complex facilities environment. In addition to establishing the firm's strategic direction and tactical implementation plans, Frank is responsible for the company's financial performance, marketing activities and project delivery.

 

Expertise

Frank has built his extensive industry knowledge and expertise over more than 20 years. In 1985, he started at Gotham Air Conditioning (currently known as EMCOR Services New York/New Jersey) as a parts driver. His enthusiasm and ability soon enabled him to excel in many positions within the company, including mechanics' assistant, dispatcher and parts manager.

 

To further his career, he moved to a well-known New York City heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) firm as a service dispatcher. While there, he became interested in expanding his construction industry knowledge and increasing his blueprint reading skills. To pursue this new found interest, he worked after hours in the company's estimating department. In recognition of his hard work and initiative, Frank was given an opportunity to go out into the field as an assistant project manager. This is where he learned the “nuts and bolts” of project delivery and completion. He also learned how to price equipment replacements and developed his system design expertise. His exceptional client relationship skills combined with his diverse industry experience led to a very successful sales position with the company.

 

Frank then returned to Gotham Air. Over the 10 years prior to assuming the role of president, he held a variety of senior management positions, including contract sales manager, service manager, vice president of operations and secretary-treasurer.

 

Frank received his formal industry training at the Trane Air Conditioning Clinic. He has also completed Comfort Systems' Leadership Training Program, as well as many other widely respected leadership and continuing education seminars.

 

The Personal Side

Committed to helping others reach their full potential and achieve success, Frank supports a New York area drug treatment facility. He also enjoys spending quality time with his children and family.
