Mick oversees New Jersey’s sales, marketing, account management and business development. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Mick is committed to assist building owners in implementing sustainable building operations and maintenance practices leading to a reduction in their environmental impact. Mick has been providing facility solutions for over 20-years and is dedicated to complete client satisfaction. Mick’s enthusiasm helped propel EMCOR Services New York/New Jersey to an unsurpassed level of excellence and value for clients.

 

Facilities Management & HVAC Maintenance Expertise

Mick successfully creates and delivers customized HVAC maintenance and building management solutions for Fortune 500 companies and single-building ownerships. Truly partnering with clients, Mick purposely plans staggered facilities preventive maintenance inspections, resulting in the added comfort of having a senior level HVAC professional on-site and available almost every month. This systematic approach minimizes downtime and assures optimum equipment performance.

 

Mick owned and operated a commercial printing and consulting company prior to joining EMCOR. Transitioning back to the facility service industry, he was responsible for developing a manageable synergy between sales and the service department. During that time, he developed strategies to deliver true value to the client. He understands that each client’s needs are unique. He works diligently to find the best solution and ensure the most effective and efficient deployment.

 

Mick received double Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and philosophy from New Jersey’s Ramapo College, with a concentration in constitutional law and public administration, and a minor in economics and accounting.

 

Mick regularly attends industry seminars as part of his continuing education. He is an active member in several business related organizations such as NAIOP (National Association of Industrial & Office Properties) and IFMA (International Facility Management Association).
