Ron's extensive experience delivering comprehensive solutions for complex HVAC projects throughout the New York metropolitan area enables him to quickly assess clients' needs and begin making positive contributions to projects even while they are still in the conceptual stages. In addition to assisting with the company's planning and strategy development efforts, he takes a results-oriented approach that enables flexible maintenance agreements supported by consistently prompt, professional-quality service. For customers, that means high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.

 

Expertise

Backed by more than 30 years of HVAC industry experience, and over 10 years with EMCOR, Ron's current position is built on his extensive track record in HVAC service management, business development, quality control and training. After starting his career as an installation mechanic and field installation technician, he developed his automated building controls expertise before progressing through a series of increasingly responsible executive positions at Heritage Mechanical Systems and E.W. Hoffmann, both very highly regarded organizations in the New York area.

 

Ron studied heating and air conditioning at the State University of New York and business management at Suffolk Community College. He is actively involved in the Air Conditioning Contractors Association (ACCA), the International Facilities Managers Association (IFMA), the Mechanical Contractors Association of New York (MCA) and the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA).

 

The Personal Side

Ron and his wife have three sons. In addition to his family, he enjoys sports, weightlifting and classic cars.
